Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and passionate Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our collaborative healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, individualized, and evidence-based natural medical care to help patients identify root causes of illness, prevent chronic disease, and optimize long-term health and physical wellness. You will work within a multi-disciplinary environment, utilizing an integrated approach to treatment while maintaining professional charting standards and building strong, lasting patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough initial consultations, comprehensive medical histories, and physical assessments to understand patients’ clinical needs and wellness goals.

  • Design and implement customized, safe, and evidence-based naturopathic treatment plans utilizing various modalities (e.g., clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, injection therapies, or lifestyle counseling).

  • Order and interpret relevant laboratory testing and diagnostic diagnostics to properly assess and monitor patient health conditions.

  • Educate and empower patients on disease prevention, proactive wellness, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term healing and vitality.

  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential electronic medical records (clinical charting) in compliance with regulatory body guidelines.

  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare practitioners within the clinic to optimize patient care and internal cross-referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from an accredited naturopathic medical institution.

  • Active registration and in good standing with the provincial regulatory college and association.

  • Valid certification in provincial standard prerequisites (e.g., Prescriptive Authority, Acupuncture, or Intravenous/Injection therapies where applicable).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, connection, and rapport with patients.

  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a multi-disciplinary health team.
