What to expect from your Kin
If it’s your first visit, your kin will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. It starts with answering a few questions about your health history, then going through several exercises to assess your range of motion, discomfort areas, and any muscle imbalances.

Personal Training
The will to make a change paired discipline and motivation. Not so easy. We’ve added a key ingredient to simplify your goals and keep you invested in yourself- A personal Trainer.
Our personal trainer will meet with you one on one and assess your starting point and come up with a plan that makes sense with your life and goals. Our personal trainer has multiple methods of Personal Training to fit your needs. The object of training is to create a sustainable way to improve and maintain full body health.
Packages are available at discounted rates or you can pay as you go:
4-Week
Includes a 4-week training program, with 4 workouts per week. 1 in person training session and 3 workouts to do at home or in your gym. This program also includes a weekly phone call or email, depending on your preference to answer any questions you might have and help keep you on track with your training.
8-Week
Includes an 8-week training program, with 4-6 workouts per week. 1-2 in person training session and 3-5 workouts to do at home or in your gym. The amount of in person workouts vs at home will be discussed with your trainer. This program also includes a weekly phone call or email, depending on your preference to answer any questions you might have and help keep you on track with your training.
12-Week
Includes a 12-week training program, with 4-6 workouts per week. 2-3 in person training session and 3-5 workouts to do at home or in your gym. The amount of in person workouts vs at home will be discussed with your trainer. This program also includes a weekly phone call or email, depending on your preference to answer any questions you might have and help keep you on track with your training.
