Job Summary:

Revamp Wellness is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our collaborative healthcare team at our Langley location. In this role, you will provide safe, effective, and evidence-based soft tissue manipulation and treatment plans to help patients manage pain, recover from injury, and improve overall physical wellness. You will work within a multi-disciplinary environment, maintaining professional charting standards and building strong, lasting patient relationships within the Langley community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough initial consultations and physical assessments to understand patient medical histories, clinical needs, and wellness goals.

  • Design and implement customized, safe therapeutic treatment plans utilizing various massage techniques.

  • Educate patients on home-care exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications to prolong treatment benefits and support long-term rehabilitation.

  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential electronic medical records (clinical charting) in compliance with regulatory body guidelines.

  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare practitioners within the clinic to optimize patient care and cross-referrals.

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized clinical treatment room environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Active registration and in good standing with the provincial regulatory college and association.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical assessment techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, connection, and rapport with patients.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development, ongoing education, and high-quality patient care.

  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a multi-disciplinary health team.
