My passion for helping others recover from injuries led me to pursue a career in massage therapy. Having personally experienced injury and the relief that massage therapy can provide, I understand the positive impact therapeutic treatment can have on both the body and overall well-being. I am dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, recover from soft tissue injuries, and return to an active, healthy lifestyle.
My treatments begin with a thorough assessment to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to each patient’s individual needs. I incorporate a variety of techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, prenatal and post-partum massage, deep tissue therapy, Swedish massage, muscle energy techniques, and homecare exercises to support recovery and long-term results.
While I enjoy working with patients from all walks of life, I have a special interest in treating pre- and post-natal patients, dancers, and athletes. Over the years, I have continued to expand my skills through additional training in areas such as hot stone massage and pregnancy massage to better support my patients’ care and recovery.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my children and staying active through yoga, Pilates, jogging, hiking, camping, and travelling. As a full-time mom and therapist, I genuinely love helping others feel their best and achieve their health and wellness goals.
