Teresa is a chiropractor with a strong background in exercise rehabilitation and movement-based care. She holds a Diploma in Kinesiology from Douglas College, a degree in Human Biology, and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic studies at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

Before becoming a chiropractor, Teresa worked as a kinesiologist and exercise leader, supporting individuals with chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, and recovery following motor vehicle accidents. Her clinical approach blends hands-on chiropractic care with exercise rehabilitation and patient education, with the goal of helping people move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.

Teresa enjoys working with individuals experiencing persistent pain, stiffness, and movement limitations. She is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy while building long-term resilience and confidence in their bodies.

Outside of the clinic, Teresa enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, strength training, and rucking. She values staying connected with her community—whether that’s catching up with friends, exploring local coffee shops and breweries, or spending time with her dog, Ruby.
