Dr. Danny Dhesa is a dedicated, evidence-based chiropractor committed to helping patients move better, recover faster, and perform at their best. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (Doctor of Chiropractic, 2022) & the University of the Fraser Valley (Bachelors of Kinesiology, 2018), Dr. Danny currently practices at Revamp Wellness in Langley & Cloverdale, BC.
With a focus on sports & performance chiropractic, he treats a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions—including neck, back, and hip pain; headaches and migraines; TMJ/TMJD; and sports-related injuries affecting the shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles, and more. His goal is simple: to get patients back to doing what they love through individualized, evidence-based care.
Dr. Danny combines clinical expertise with a hands-on, patient-centered approach. His care includes:
• Chiropractic Adjustments – Targeted spinal and extremity adjustments to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Strength & Mobility Programming – Tailored exercise plans to support recovery and reduce injury risk.
• Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Therapies – Including shockwave therapy, cupping, and Graston technique to promote healing.
• Manual Soft Tissue Therapy – Myofascial release, active release therapy, and PNF/fascial stretching to reduce tension and improve flexibility.
• Supportive Taping – Application of KT Tape or physio tape to stabilize and support injured areas.
Beyond his chiropractic training, Dr. Danny draws on years of experience as an athlete and certified personal trainer. He’s passionate about patient education and empowerment, believing that knowledge is essential to long-term success. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, he spent five years designing customized workout plans and leading group training sessions.
Dr. Danny actively gives back to his community, volunteering with organizations such as Special Olympics BC, Paralympics Canada, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley. He has also served as Team Chiropractor for Vancouver FC during their inaugural season in the Canadian Premier League (2023), worked on the medical team at the BC Summer Games (2024), and supported athletes at the BBall Nationals Basketball Tournament (2025) in Langley.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Danny stays active with weightlifting, hiking, golf, basketball, and tennis. He invests in his professional growth by attending multiple continuing education courses each year to ensure his care remains at the forefront of research and innovation. Dr. Danny is fluent in both English and Punjabi.
