Conditions We Treat
Our Approach to Pain Management
Why A Multidisciplinary Approach Makes a Difference.
Most people dealing with pain have already tried the obvious things. Rest, painkillers, maybe a heating pad. Those things might take the edge off for a day or two, but they do not fix the underlying problem. Whether you are looking for lower back pain relief, sciatica treatment, or help with chronic pain conditions that have been there so long you have started to think of them as permanent, the difference between short term relief and real recovery almost always comes down to finding and treating the actual cause.
At Revamp Wellness, we take a multidisciplinary care approach to pain management. Our physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and counsellors work together on your case so your treatment covers all the connected pieces, not just the part that hurts the most right now. If your neck pain treatment needs to account for how you sit at a desk, we catch that. If your hip pain treatment is being complicated by an old injury in your lower back, we address both. This kind of coordinated, evidence-based care is what makes the difference between patients who improve quickly and those who keep coming back with the same musculoskeletal conditions month after month.
We treat the cause of your pain, not just where you feel it. From back pain treatment and knee pain treatment to injury rehabilitation and non-surgical pain treatment, our integrated team builds a personalized plan around what is actually happening in your body.
Direct Billing
Direct Billing for ICBC and WorkSafeBC Claims
If your injury happened in a car accident or workplace incident, getting treatment shouldn’t be complicated. We direct bill ICBC for eligible treatments and WorkSafeBC for approved physiotherapy claims, helping you start care without unnecessary paperwork or delays. Our team handles ICBC physiotherapy claims regularly and we know what documentation is needed, how to communicate with adjusters, and how to keep your recovery moving forward within your coverage.
Car accident injuries are not always obvious right away. Whiplash treatment, concussion physiotherapy, and soft tissue injury care often need to start sooner rather than later for the best outcomes. If you were recently in an accident and are not sure what your coverage includes or where to start, call us before your first appointment and we will walk you through it. We also help patients receiving approved WorkSafeBC physiotherapy treatment after workplace injuries, making the direct billing process as simple as possible.
Focus on recovery. We'll handle the billing.
We direct bill ICBC for eligible treatments and WorkSafeBC-approved physiotherapy claims. Focus on your recovery while we handle the billing. No upfront payments, no chasing reimbursements. Just book your assessment and focus on getting better.

Frequently Asked Questions
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and common pain conditions across physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy. This includes neck pain treatment, back pain treatment, shoulder pain treatment, knee pain treatment, sciatica treatment, hip pain treatment, headache and migraine treatment, whiplash treatment, and sports injury physiotherapy, among others. If you are not sure whether your concern falls under what we treat, call us and we will tell you honestly.
No referral is needed. You can book directly with our physiotherapy, chiropractic, or massage therapy team at either our Langley or Cloverdale location. If you are coming in for ICBC physiotherapy or WorkSafeBC care after a car accident or workplace injury, we will let you know what to bring before your first visit.
Your initial assessment is exactly what that is for. One of our practitioners will take a full history, look at your movement patterns, and figure out what is driving your pain. For something like sciatic nerve pain relief or frozen shoulder treatment, the right approach is not always obvious without a proper assessment. Once we have a clear picture, we put together a plan and explain it to you before anything starts.
It depends on the condition and how long it has been there. Acute injuries like a recent sprain or whiplash from a car accident often respond faster than chronic back pain physiotherapy cases that have been building for years. After your assessment we will give you a realistic idea of what to expect and how many sessions we recommend to start. We do not stretch out treatment longer than it needs to be.
Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy. Coverage limits and eligible practitioners vary by plan. We recommend checking with your provider before your first visit. If you’re claiming through ICBC or have an approved WorkSafeBC physiotherapy claim, we direct bill so there are no upfront costs on your end.
Yes. Alongside our physiotherapy and chiropractic services, we offer counselling for anxiety and stress as part of our integrative approach to health. Stress and nervous system regulation therapy play a real role in how the body holds tension and responds to pain, so we address that side of things too when it is part of what a patient is dealing with.
Not Sure Where to Start?
You do not need to have it all figured out before you book. Whether you are dealing with a specific condition like patellofemoral pain syndrome, a general issue that has been bothering you for months, or you are simply looking for a pain management clinic that will take the time to actually listen — our team is here to help. Book a one-on-one assessment and we will take it from there.
