Cara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. She is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Cara is dedicated to providing client-centred care and is passionate about using exercise as a tool to help regain full functional capacity.
Cara is continuously expanding her knowledge in this field and finding ways to incorporate these tools in her own day-to-day life. During her years of professional experience, Cara has had the pleasure of working with clients in various settings including the gym, pool, at-home, and long-term care facilities.
In her spare time, Cara enjoys cycling to the beat of the music at SpinHouse, and walking her dog rain or shine.
Fun Fact! Bone marrow is a spongy substance that’s found inside large bones like your hips, pelvis, and femur. Bone marrow houses stem cells. Stem cells are responsible for producing many of your body’s most important cells, including blood, brain, heart, and bone cells
